1. What is Survivor Match used for?
Survivor Match is an online dating site dating service that is designed as a powerful resource for dating for survivors of different conditions. With Survivor Match, people that have survived insurmountable odds can connect and come together, share their stories, and/or begin their love journey.
2. Do I have to pay to create a profile on Survivor Match?
No, you do not have to pay for creating a profile on Survivor Match. However, to enjoy premium benefits, you have the option of upgrading your account to a paid one.
3. What subscriptions are available?
After creating or setting up a Survivor Match profile, you have the option of upgrading your account for various affordable fee based on durations. You may subscribe to a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan. See the prices below:
Monthly: $9.99
Quarterly (every 3 months): $21.99
Annual: $69.99
4. What do I have to do to meet new people?
Meeting people or getting matches is a simple process. All you need to do is to click on the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner on the homepage and fill the required field to create your Survivor Match account. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) code will be sent to your email address shortly after your submission. Input the OTP code in the required filed to complete your account creation. Once that is done, your account is set-up and ready for use. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
5. How do I find my Matches?
Once you have set up your Survivor Match account, you may proceed to use the filter feature available on the website homepage. Fill your gender and your preferred match’s gender. You may then narrow down your search by exploring the profiles available.
6. How can I recover my email username and password?
It is normal to forget the password to your account. Recovering your password on Survivor Match is easy. Simply click on “Login” at the top right corner on the website homepage then click on “forgot your username or password?” You will then be requested to input the email address you submitted during your request for a Survivor Match account. After inserting your email address, click on “Send My Details!” A message containing your password reset link will be sent to your email address within a few minutes.
